This is how they really feel about San Diego. All it takes is a home run, a little sweep here and there against a good team and a “tHaT’s jUSt BaSEbAll” quote when they lose against s**tty teams to get you guys back to glazing them. They are not a serious team and they should at least be honest and just wrap this season up already. I rather have a 2010s Padres team than this current wasted talented Padres team. Even IF they barely make it to playoffs they’re not going far but that’s enough for the Participation Medal mindset of this fan base. All I can hope is that they prove me wrong.

I remember Detroit fans saying “no Padres I promise you guys got a dawg” after his first horrific Padres Debut. Yeah that’s was a lie too. Idk about you guys but IF the Padres are to make the World Series and they end up facing these guys (Or any *American League Team* since I need to remind a good portion of this fan base that beating LA isn’t the real World Series) I don’t him starting any of the Games if their serious about winning the 1st in franchise history.

If it’s not pitching, offense, or Stammen, you can always rely on the trusted 3rd base coach who still doesn’t know his players speed and outfielders arms to potentially throw the game in a very close playoff spot race. Against a s**tty Mets team that they should be hammering btw.

Both Casey Mize and Robbie Ray lost on their pitching debut for the Padres. Preller gave an away Kash Mayfield No.2 Prospect , Jackson Wolf, Miguel Mendez No.13 Prospect, and Joniel Hernandez No.21 Prospect for these two + infielder Gage Workman. Never let Preller cook again.
