THE BIG 3 🏆 It’s a City Thing 619⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gods Child⭐️ Herman Smith

It’s always special when we get our football and basketball athletes training together because you can really see WHY each athlete plays the position they play. The athleticism, bounce, and body control from Mikey Williams mixed with the raw power and explosiveness from Herman Smith 💥. It’s two different types of athletes pushing each other in the same room. Iron sharpens iron. This summer was LEGENDARY. 🏆⚡️

What an off-season 🤯🏆 Looking back at everything we were able to accomplish, all I can say is you’ve all made your family proud 💯. This off-season owes me NOTHING.

I was blessed with the opportunity to train athletes at every level from NFL veterans, to college athletes who entered the Draft and earned spots on NFL rosters, to high school athletes getting ready to continue their careers at the college level. 🏆

(This is only a small portion of the athletes I had the opportunity to work with with offseason) ❌🔒

Most importantly, THANK YOU to every athlete who trusted us and stayed locked in. The early mornings, long days, countless reps, and commitment to the process made this off-season what it was.

Gods Child⭐️ executed the plan ⛽️🚀. Checkout what was on today’s Gym agenda ⬇️

Mikey came into this offseason with one goal and that was to rebuild his speed, power, and explosiveness to prepare his body for a stronger college basketball season. 🏀⚡️

This session was all about building athletic movement from the ground up. We started with single-leg lateral hops to improve lateral explosiveness, ankle stiffness, stability, and the ability to produce force off one leg. From there, we transitioned into plyometric box jumps to develop vertical power and rate of force development. We added core training to improve balance, stability, and trunk strength giving him better control when accelerating, changing direction, jumping, and absorbing contact. We finished with an upper-body strength session to continue building a stronger, more complete basketball athlete.

7TH & 8TH GRADE RECLASSIFICATION / HOMESCHOOL PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 🏆

Registration is now open for athletes looking to dedicate more time to their long-term athletic development and overall performance.

Athletes will receive 2–3 hours of structured, high-intensity training daily, designed to challenge them physically and mentally while developing the qualities needed to perform at a higher level.

Training with Coach DC gives young athletes access to years of experience developing athletes at every level, with an emphasis on proper technique, discipline, accountability, attention to detail and consistent progression.

Our goal is to develop athletes who are stronger, faster, more explosive, more confident and physically prepared for the next level.
