I was tired of my old mirrors blowing down when driving on the freeway. I ordered a new set of mirrors from quadratec. I feel quadratec is a good place for items like this. The included screws were too long for my install. I hit up ace hardware and got black 1/4โ-20, 1/2โ in length, added a little blue Loctite and done! The mirror glass adjust inside while the rest is rigid. The mirror can push in and out as needed.

2023 has been a great year for welcoming new members to our club. From left to right are new members Bonnie and Darrel Pogue, Carla and Doug Taber, Eric Palmer, Joshua and Kasia Dinen, Jackie McNamara and Phillip and Tanner Bunch. Congratulations to all. 3 weeks before I am suppsoed to leave for the Rubicon, my Jeep fails itโs smog check. Some checks at a local shop reveals low compression in the #1 cylinder. With some help I confirm the low compression and I get to ordering parts. A short while later, I have everything I need to replace the head. Based on my short timeline, replacement is easier and faster than repair. In less than 20 hours total over 4 different days, I replaced the head on my Golen Engine 4.6L stroker motor. Turned out to be leaky vales for the #1 cylinder. It was a first for me but I got it done. One week until I am in Tahoe getting ready to start the Rubicon. Edelbrock Performance ARP Fel-Pro Gaskets
