If you’re an athlete with a debilitating injury, you might think that means you have to give up. Years ago, that’s a position I was in.
Then I discovered recovery in the form of stretch therapy, cupping, etc and it completely changed my life. Now I do the same for other athletes— helping them heal and recover from injury so they can get back on their game even better than they were before
You don’t have to give up. You don’t have to let someone else win. You do have to be willing to embrace and go through the recovery process.
