Celebrating Wesak Full Moon, transformation and transcendence. What an event! Still riding the magnificent frequency waves! 'Till next time ❤️

Last week I began a beautiful collaberation with fellow artist and sound healer Shir Eyal. I am in so much gratitude of this journey that we are embarking on together. The space that was held was beautiful and I am so excited of what is still to be discovered together.
Shir and I will be continuing to hold emmersive sound baths every month. Next session will be held on Sunday, January 11.

This Sunday at 7:00pm my monthly sound bath at Iyengar yoga source. A cleansing, powerful and emersive sound journey while lying peacefully and being embraced by the hammock. We begin with a breath meditation in the hammock as well as a few opening and calming aerial yoga positions after which you dive into the frequencies of the gong, tibetan bowls, shamanic drums and so much more.
