This affirmation has been on repeat during my mornings lately☀️
Sometimes an ambitious to-do list can cause overwhelm and stress, not because of the actual items, rather, because of the belief or mindset of ”I won’t have enough time.”
But is that really true?
Along with this maybe not even being true, this belief can invoke fear and procrastination which are not supportive to your productivity, calmness, and freedom.

So, especially on those days with long to-do lists, we can positively reframe our mindsets with this affirmation to help set us up for success.
