109 years ago the great master Helio Gracie was born. One of the biggest
names in the world of fighting, will forever be remembered and recognized as the man who, along with his family, changed the course of martial arts and all practitioners around the world.
Happy birthday and thank you master Helio Gracie, and to all your family for the legacy you left us.
Knowing, remembering and honoring the birth date of the great jiu-jitsu masters is acknowledging his history, so share it. Have a nice weekend! Oss!
