This year had ups and downs with my fitness, and I haven’t hit my year end goal of 190, but all in all, I’m on the right track and I’ll consider that a win 💯. Year over year, I’m down 18.4 lbs - over the last 3 months, I’m down 12.9 lbs - over the past month, I’m down 4.8 lbs - and over the last week, I’m down 1.9 lbs. Ringing in the new year on a positive 💪🏻

Not ending the year where I wanted to be, but I’ll celebrate the win nonetheless. There’ll be ups and downs … don’t focus on the downs, keep consistent - it’s many small wins over time that add up.
