Founder Sean Tuohey meets Jamal Murray and talks about Meditation š¬
āJamal Murray credits his success to his meditation practice. When I asked him about negative self-talk and how he handles three straight missed shots in a game, he reflected back to his meditation practice and how he visualizes missing shots. He focuses on having a positive reaction to a negative experience. He said, "If you look at the games where I shot the worst in the recent NBA finals, I actually played my best games."

We encourage parents and teachers to advocate for mindful breath work as a part of a foundational skill set to formal learning!
ā¢Without a mind that Is calm learning life skills like communication, making interpersonal relationships, leadership, motivation, and etc are MORE DIFFICULT to obtain and maintain for a child.
