When I work with clients, I follow a simple yet powerful progression:
âžĄïž Posture → Mobility → Strength → Performance

Why this order? Because how you hold yourself (posture) affects how you move (mobility). And without quality movement, building real strength becomes harder and riskier. Only after you’ve laid that foundation can you truly unlock your best performance—safely and effectively.

Skipping steps leads to frustration, plateaus, or injury. But when we build from the ground up, we create a body that feels strong, capable, and pain-free in everyday life.

Start where you are, and Build from there!
