When I work with clients, I follow a simple yet powerful progression:
âĄïž Posture â Mobility â Strength â Performance
Why this order? Because how you hold yourself (posture) affects how you move (mobility). And without quality movement, building real strength becomes harder and riskier. Only after youâve laid that foundation can you truly unlock your best performanceâsafely and effectively.
Skipping steps leads to frustration, plateaus, or injury. But when we build from the ground up, we create a body that feels strong, capable, and pain-free in everyday life.

While working with clients I tell them that quality is more important than quantity when it comes to movement. Itâs not about how much weight you lift or how many reps you doâitâs about how well you move and what you feel while you move.
