We are so excited to announce another NEW CLASS on the schedule!
YOGA WALL SLOW FLOW
led by Sara Szunyogh
📣 Starts next week, April 22nd
📆 Wednesdays at 4 PM
✨ This class is a luxurious combo of slow flowing, mindful postures on the mat, followed by restorative stretches using the yoga wall. Breath to movement vinyasa, breathwork and moments of pause lead us into a deep yoga wall practice with a special focus on inversions and a wall supported savasana.
Open to all levels.
