I’m a transformational life coach who helps midlife women in transition recalibrate their lives through mind–body work.

My work blends behavior changes, nervous system regulation, & movement so you can stop surviving & feel at home in yourself again

This is for the woman who knows no other way than handling life…

But deep down feels disconnected from herself.
And wants relief.
Release.
And the feeling that maybe there is still more for her here.

More peace.
More joy.
More laughter.
More inspiration.
More of herself.

This summer I’m opening The Rewrite.
A private 12 week experience for 3 women ready to stop repeating the same emotional patterns and finally understand what’s underneath them.

This is not surface level coaching.

We work through:
• identity + story work
• nervous system patterns
• emotional reframing
• somatic practices
• customized integration between sessions

The goal is not to become someone new.

It’s to reconnect with the version of you underneath the burnout, grief, pressure, perfectionism, over-functioning, and self abandonment.

The woman who has been there all along.

If this felt familiar in your body…

DM me READY.

Let’s talk.

You watched a whole generation younger than you finally say the things out loud.

Boundaries. Capacity. This is not okay. I need more than this. And something in you woke up.

Because I was never allowed any of it.

Not the feelings.
Not the needs.
Not the voice.

I was handed a role and told to be grateful for it.

So I did the thing.

I built the life. I showed up. I held it all together.

And now I am standing in the middle of everything I was supposed to want, quietly wondering if this is actually it.

If you are a woman in your 40s or 50s who is successful on paper and exhausted underneath it, you are not broken. You are waking up.

And that question you keep pushing down, the one about who you actually are outside of everyone else’s needs, that is not a midlife crisis.

This is the work I do one on one with women who are done performing okay and ready to actually feel it.

Not therapy. Not a course.

A real conversation with someone who has lived it and has sat with hundreds of women in exactly this moment.

I help women in midlife who have been through it : loss, burnout, divorce, the life that didn’t go as planned - find themselves again and get clear on what comes next.

DM me the word READY and let’s talk. I

She slipped it in like it was nothing.

Like she was mentioning the weather.

I just wanted everyone in my life to feel fully supported and seen. And I knew I was the person to do it because no one else would.

But I did.
And I just sat with that for a second.

Because what she just described :
building the safest, most loving, most supportive space she could imagine for every single person in her life - she did not even pause to notice she was not in it.

Not once.
Not even a footnote.

Here is what nobody is saying out loud:
The woman who shows up for everyone is usually the woman who learned, very early - that being needed felt safer than being known.

And so she became everything for everyone.

And called it strength.
It is not just strength.

It is a story.
And the story she has been living inside is not the whole story.

Not even close.

At some point I started believing my anxious thoughts were keeping me ahead.

If I thought hard enough I could catch every detail. Anticipate what was coming. Prevent the bad thing from happening.

I was going to save my kids from being hurt. My team from being blindsided. My clients from falling off track. My family from being upset.

And it worked. Or it felt like it did. So I kept thinking.

Through the digestive issues. The sleepless nights. The energy I did not have but kept spending anyway.

And when something did happen I decided I had not thought hard enough. So I thought harder. Ran more scenarios. Planned further out. Checked every last box.

And then life happened anyway.

Cancer. Workplace politics. The failed class. The breakup. The thing that was never on any list I could have made.

The thinking was never keeping anyone safe. It was keeping me out of my own life.

You are not going to think your way out of overthinking. But you can learn to point that mind somewhere it actually serves you.

That is exactly what we do here.

I have sat with hundreds of women.

And that silence - the one that comes after that question - never gets easier to witness.

Because it means she has been so busy being everything for everyone that she genuinely lost the thread back to herself.

That is not a personality flaw.

That is what years of putting yourself last actually looks like.

This series exists for her.
