Practice how you play. As you can see, checks an imaginary runner during his bullpen. It is extremely important to implement scenarios into your bullpens so that you feel more confident when these situations happen in a game.
Visualizing runners on base and physically checking them during your bullpen is a very good way to help yourself feel more comfortable with runners on base in a real game. ππΌππΌ
