As I approach three years of training clients professionally, I have been reflecting on the great relationships that I have made. I feel both proud and grateful to say that I’m still training my first client ever, Henish.

During my time training him, Henish has become a lot stronger, more athletic, and reduced incidences of pain. Additionally both of our businesses have experienced a lot of growth and I’m grateful to say that he has been both a friend and a mentor to me. Not only by giving me great advice, but also by providing his office for me to film my podcast.

I’m so grateful for all of my my amazing clients that allow me to do a job I love and work hard to empower other’s to live happier and healthier lives.

My client Trenton put on some serious size 🚀 in the first couple of months training together. Since then he has continued to grow and make progress. Here are some key nutrition tips we implemented to allow him to achieve his goals.

💡 Tip #1: Start by diligently tracking your calorie and protein intake – aim for a 500 calorie surplus daily.
💪 Tip #2: Don't overlook the power of liquid calories – high-calorie smoothies and shakes are your secret weapon. They make it easier to hit that surplus. 🥤💥 Tip #3: Never skip meals – consistency is key to muscle growth. Keep these tips in mind and watch those gains stack up! 💥🔥
