Join us this Saturday for a restorative evening of deep release + nervous system reset in partnership with Indiefog Naturals 🧘‍♀️

Designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect. This special collaboration blends gentle movement, immersive sound healing, and personalized magnesium massage for a deeply grounding Saturday reset. 🤍

We’ll begin with a mindful all-levels slow flow to release tension and open the body with intention. From there, you’ll settle into a nourishing sound bath and extended savasana, where each guest will receive a short personalized magnesium butter massage to encourage muscular ease and nervous system calm.

💌 Magnesium butter selected based on a short intake completed before class

Post-class sip LEEVA | Not Your Mother’s Tea ® + there will be opportunities to try out + shop the different magnesium products offered by Indiefog✨

Slow flow led by rachel seay 🧘‍♂️

This is your invitation to move slowly, rest deeply, and let your body exhale.
