The countless hours it took to take the body, and MuayThai technique from weak to strong, from strong to clean, from clean to effective, from effective to dangerous, and from dangerous to lethal, can never truly be known from the outside.

Just to be able to keep this intensity, consistently for these rounds, countless miles had to be run... Thousands upon thousands of push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, squats, and weight sessions were required. This was filmed at maybe the midpoint of my career.

The process never ended, simply MORE repetition

All for someone from the outside to judge, and point out flaws, for some critic to determine how by their “all knowing standards” you aren’t perfect.

But...

What if you kept going? What if you ignored the naysayers? What if you keep getting stronger, keep getting sharper, keep getting cleaner with the technique... What if you kept building your body, what if you just work harder... Well then, that could become something spectacular, something magnificent... Something special...

Your kick could break arms, your knee, ribs... Your elbow, cheekbones, and your fists, jaws.

You’ll never know what you could become if you listen to naysayers, you’ll never know what you could become if you quit... Keep going, keep pushing, and likely you’ll even surprise yourself when the potential fulfilled, exceeds even your own imagination...

That is what happens when you keep going... You BECOME your dreams.

I am deeply appreciative, grateful, for the time and hours invested by @ajahn_suchart, my teammates, and all who have been a part of this crazy journey, contributing to my growth. Especially the naysayers. You simply added more kindling to the blazing fire.

The Ministry of Thailand changed from Health and Promotion to Tourism, Culture and Sport. There is a distinct expectation to perseve culture as Muay Thai, soon an Olympic Sport. Muay Thai is the culture of Thai people and the national sport of Thailand.
