Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our Saltwater Sweat family.
Today we celebrate the women who show up with strength, love, patience, and heart — for their families, their communities, and themselves. Motherhood comes in so many beautiful forms, and we are grateful for every mom, grandmother, bonus mom, mother figure, and woman who pours love into others.
Wishing you a day filled with love, rest, and appreciation.
With love,
Victoria and the Saltwater Sweat Team 🤍

Get ready for a challenging and fun workout with the Gravity Training System (“The Glideboard”), blending the best of Pilates with a dynamic, full-body burn. Designed for those with injuries or joint concerns, this class uses a cable system that supports a percentage of your body weight, giving you a controlled, low-impact experience compared to traditional reformer springs. With a ladder-style flow, you’ll engage every muscle, especially your core, while developing long, lean muscle tone. It’s a perfect balance of intensity and support that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized!working your core and developing longer leaner muscle tone!

I’m not someone who loves talking about myself. Especially on Social Media. But I think it’s time I share a little more of my story… and I’m starting with this post.
I didn’t build Saltwater Sweat because fitness was easy for me. I built it because at one point… it wasn’t.
In 2011, I broke my ankle in three places, four weeks out from a figure competition. One moment I was training for the stage, the next I was learning how to walk again.
And it wasn’t just the physical pain.
It was the mental crash that came with it. The anxiety. The depression. The body stuff. The feeling of losing a version of myself I worked so hard for.
That season humbled me, and it wasn’t the last. In February 2019, losing my father and the trauma that went along with it, brought another layer of grief I’m still working through. But those experiences taught me that strength isn’t a look, it’s a decision. It’s showing up, rebuilding from the inside out, even when it’s hard.
10 months later, I took over this studio December 1st 2019… and then the world shut down.
New owner. Uncertainty everywhere. But I knew people needed a place to feel connected, to feel capable, so I fought for it. Sometimes I fought for everyone before myself… and I’m still finding balance.
Saltwater Sweat isn’t just workouts. It’s people. It’s support. It’s a place where you don’t have to be perfect, just show up.
We train strength here.. real strength. The kind you use in life.
If you’ve ever felt broken, stuck, or like you lost your spark, this is your reminder: it’s still in you. And you don’t have to rebuild alone.
Now I want to hear from you, what’s one moment that taught you your real strength? Drop it below! Let’s keep lifting each other up! 🫶🏻❤️🔥
