Studying both education and business in college, Kathy enjoyed focusing on learning skills and strategies to assist others in achieving their goals. Before moving to San Diego, Kathy partnered with her family to start a successful Marine Company, providing exemplary sales and services to local and neighboring islands’ fishing fleets. Since 2006, Kathy has become a specialist in the San Diego real estate market and continues to be passionate for helping others. Kathy has a complex knowledge of local property values, school districts, neighborhoods and service providers. Guided by a sense of responsibility to her clients, she assists in developing relocation plans when necessary and refines her skills by actively participating in Mike Ferry Real Estate Coaching, the largest real estate training program in North America. Having successfully assisted over 65 families in the course of her career, Kathy is experienced in helping clients with a wide array of needs, from starter homes and short sales to investment properties, condominiums and vacation homes. Along with her numerous professional Realtor affiliations, she serves as the Vice President for the Little Italy chapter of Le Tip International and regularly volunteers her time to animal rescue organizations.
