Join Shauna, Heidi, and Almira for a 6-week program to help jump-start a mindful approach to health and fitness. It's time to ditch the scale and focus on self-care, feeling good, creating healthy habits, and gaining strength both mentally and physically.

There will be 3 workouts a week (Monday and Wednesday at 5pm and Saturday at 10am) plus additional support.

Come join Shauna on Wednesdays at 11:15am!!! This circuit will take you through 8 different exercises, focusing on 2-3 muscle groups each session. Timed at 45 second intervals, 20 seconds between in order to switch stations (next exercise), 3 times around with 2 minutes of cardio between each round. We finish with a plank challenge. The actual workout is apx 40 minutes. This circuit is not recommended for beginners, but it will help those wanting to advance their level of fitness. 🏋🏼‍♀️
