A day for the books. Extremely proud of the players for grinding it out and taking off pressure with a 1st win and 1st goal! Thank you to everyone for all the love and support.

It was a special day and sharing it with so many of the women who laid the foundation for women’s football in one of the best atmospheres in the game, made it a perfect day.

Three very different and rewarding phases of my career. All inspired by the drive to be the best irrespective of gender. Women can lead by example but we can also lead by teaching. It took me until this most recent endeavor to fully appreciate how critical mentoring the next generation is. Strength is lifting others up. Thank you to those of you, both men and women, who give your wisdom and time to the next generation of leaders.
