🖤 When you are met with anger, frustration, or feeling activated by an negitive emotion, practice to distance yourself and 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆. Even if you find it difficult to send 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖, practice doing it anyways because when you send someone 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖, you are sending love to yourself. That 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖 multiples and ripples back to your heart-center like infinite ocean waves 💞🌊🖤

💫 Research shows that having fun is good for your mindbodyspirit because it helps balance our stress and feel-good hormones, preventing long-term diseases. It helps to boost our creativity and overall energy, productivity, and cognition.

One of my life mantras is 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿.

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means "universal life" and (Ki) which means "energy".

Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all living beings. Everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy to strengthen themselves and the collective.

When energy becomes blocked, it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. Reiki can help ease stress, manage anxiety, depression, physical pains, trauma, let go of fear, grief or simply it is an energetic reset that works with the body's endocrine glandular system.

In class we will dive into some shadowwork 🌊 ☯️ It is time to release all that doesn't serve our highest good and continue to elevate to our highest selves.

Gender is something I have questioned & played with since I was little. I dressed more tomboy-ish, loved wearing men's cologne, I thought crying & emotions were "weak" until I tuned into my Divine Feminie & reclaimed my emotions & power. I then 'blamed men' for mine & the worlds suffering, but I knew that "hate" wasn't serving me & I tapped back into LOVE to reclaim my Divine Masculine ☯️

We were taught how to act out these social norms since birth. Social norms change depending what part of the world you live in & change over time. Emotions have no gender. Crying is a healthy release. You can wear, express yourself & feel however the F**K you want to! It is all part of the fluidity of the Divine 🙏🏽

🌸🙅🏽‍♀️Happy Mercury Retrograde & New Moon y'all. During retrograde times we are meant to rest, reflect, restructure and go inward 👁 During New Moon, we set intentions for new beginnings. I wanted to celebrate a closure of a very difficult grow cycle in my life. Even though I always kept a smile, my mental health was suffering. I was depressed, had high levels of anxiety, was putting everyone else before myself, was in a career that I knew wasn't serving me anymore, eating s**t food, putting myself down and I allowed my ex partners do the same to me. I was playing the victim role and blaming everyone else & the world for my suffering, trying to change my ex's & getting mad at them for not changing, when in reality, this was a reflection of the kind of relationship that I had with myself.

Until I took ACTION, walked away from the bulls**t, with a lot of love in my heart and snapped the F**K out of it 👏🏽 calling my POWER back 💪🏽 The picture on the right was me at the end of 2019. I have lost a total of 54 lbs since then by really only changing my food habits, focusing on intermediate fasting, breathwork, doing daily yoga & self-reiki sessions. This is just the beginning & I know I will reach a lot more because I now see my priorities clearly 👀🌈
