✨ Secrets / Rituals / Magic Moves
The not-so-secret secret to staying in shape — finally revealed!

Ready? Here it is:
There. Is. No. Secret. 🤫

Just two things:
👉 Discipline
👉 Awareness

But wait — discipline doesn’t mean punishment, suffering, or giving up everything you love. It’s about making smart, steady choices that actually *work* and help you feel amazing long-term.

✨ It’s not motivation that gets you moving — it’s action that creates motivation.

You can try every diet out there. Join every fitness challenge.
But those things end. The real question is:
What happens after?

Because no one workout, no 21-day sprint, no “fit by Friday” plan will keep you in shape forever.

*"I did it! Time for wine and pastries — let the celebration begin!"*
We’ve all been there 😉

So here’s a better plan:
Don’t fall for extremes.
No more “today I eat everything, tomorrow I survive on lettuce and air.”

Think bigger.
Think longer.
Think happy and healthy for *life.*

Choose a version of discipline that feels good — one that fits your lifestyle and brings real results.

💡 Choose with your head, and a little with your heart.

First, "THE FOOT"
***
I could talk about the foot forever!👀

The foot is the only point of contact with the ground, the most crucial hub for gathering and processing information, the key data transmitter to the "main computer" above. It’s also the powerhouse for generating elastic force, efficiently transferring energy to the rest of the system above.

Feeling the power? No?😳

Alright, let’s take a familiar path without diving into articulation, proprioception, and all that technical talk.

*Reduced foot functionality leads to:
Pain, dysfunctions, and injuries in the knee joint, hip joint, lower back, cervical spine… (the list is long, and each point deserves further explanation).

*Dysfunction of the muscle groups above.

*Increased risk of injuries.

No information = no function. We just stomp around, hoping that the body is strong enough to "somehow manage."

"Yes, there’s a problem, but of course, I’m not going to deal with it."

That mindset—the thought of "I’ll fix it someday"—you can elegantly tear apart and let the wind carry it away.

We are here for real results, not just to check off a box that says:
"I tried, but five minutes a day is too much for me. Let’s be healthy and strong another time... or in another life."

That’s never how it works—never. And if we don’t take a step toward ourselves, then who will?

Lyrical moment over—deep breath in, deep breath out—and now, strong and determined, off I go to check if my shoes are actually the right size...

Only discipline works. Motivation? No. You can't rely on motivation. If your motivation is external, like 'I want to fit into that dress' or 'I want to lose weight before my vacation,' then those magical motivational phrases will wear off sooner than you'd like.
Start with small steps, not grand declarations like, 'That's it, from today I'm going to bed at 10 PM, drinking the recommended amount of water, training three times a week, eating only chicken breast and rice, and walking 10,000 steps a day.' Don't try to do it all in one day. Create a plan that works for you at a manageable pace.
'Today, I'll do a 5-minute workout.'
'Today, I'll walk 5,000 steps.'
'Today, I'll take a bath.'
'Today, I'll have breakfast instead of just drinking coffee.'
