One of my leading reasons for creating this workout group was to provide a space for people to gather where everyone felt welcomed regardless of their skill level or fitness background! Additionally I wanted to allow people to tap into the beauty that San Diego offers. It’s a blast going to bars and clubs but I wanted to provide people with a natural high from the endorphins that are activated by working out!
