This year marks my 25th year of being a nurse. Most of my career was spent working in surgery. I loved it. It was during the pandemic that transitioned to Clinical Quality and now I’m able work from home. No more call or working holidays. I love being a nurse just as much as I love being a coach.

The Bombshell Calendar is finally available.

This experience was nothing but amazing. I was always fit and in shape from playing sports in school, working out after college and even becoming a personal trainer in 1999.

But then married with children happened. Everyone else became a priority and I let myself go. I put everyone’s needs before my own. As a result, I put on weight which I hid with baggy clothes. Don’t dare ask me to wear anything sexy. It wasn’t happening!!

I got to a point where I decided to invest in myself. The weight came off. My confidence went up. So much so that I entered the Bombshell Calendar challenge. Never would’ve imagined myself being featured in a fitness calendar.

Thanks to everyone who supported and voted for me. This would’ve never been possible without you believing in me and this journey. So I’m back at again and will be entering the 2024 - 2025 challenge. More details to come. I’ve also launched my online fitness coaching. I’d love for you ladies to join me at the next calendar photo shoot.
