Another strong week of training in the books.💥
The volume was demanding, the pace was high, and each session required focus and resilience. What stood out most was the consistency—showing up day after day and putting in the work with purpose. Every WOD was an opportunity to improve, and you rose to that challenge.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up for the 2026 Open, whether you threw down in the workouts, came to support, or just brought the energy. You made the vibe absolutely unreal.
We’re already excited for what’s next.
Quarterfinals start next Thursday, and some of our athletes will be taking on the workouts right here in the gym, don’t forget to keep supporting them!
