How about some chili for the big day? Here’s my healthy Turkey Chili recipe for 🌶 Watch my IG STORY to follow along with my step by step recipe 👨🍳

INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon olive oil
•1 pound ground turkey, white and dark combined
•1 chopped onion
•2 tablespoons chopped garlic
•1 large sweet red pepper, cored
•1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
•1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped, or 1 tablespoon, dried
•3 teaspoons ground cumin
•2 teaspoons smoked paprika
•2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
•1 cup chicken broth
•Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
•2 15-ounce cans of red kidney beans, drained
RECIPE
•Heat the oil over high heat in a large heavy pot and add the turkey meat. Cook until lightly browned.
•Add the onions, garlic, sweet pepper, jalapeño pepper (optional), oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir to blend well. Cook for 5 minutes.
•Add the tomatoes and drained beans, simmering for 15 minutes longer.
