INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon olive oil
•1 pound ground turkey, white and dark combined
•1 chopped onion
•2 tablespoons chopped garlic
•1 large sweet red pepper, cored
•1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
•1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped, or 1 tablespoon, dried
•3 teaspoons ground cumin
•2 teaspoons smoked paprika
•2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
•1 cup chicken broth
•Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
•2 15-ounce cans of red kidney beans, drained

RECIPE
•Heat the oil over high heat in a large heavy pot and add the turkey meat. Cook until lightly browned.
•Add the onions, garlic, sweet pepper, jalapeño pepper (optional), oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir to blend well. Cook for 5 minutes.
•Add the tomatoes and drained beans, simmering for 15 minutes longer.

INGREDIENTS
•1 Egg
•2 Cups old-fashioned oats
•1/2 Cup Almond Flour
•1/2 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
•3 Scoops Vanilla Protein
•2 Tsp vanilla extract
•1/4 Cup Artificial Sweetener
•2 Tsp baking powder
•1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
•Pinch of salt
•Optional: Add 1 Cup walnut halves, chocolate chips •••
RECIPE
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
•Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl.
•Using a cookie scooper, medium ice cream scoop, or a spoon, place 8-12 mounds of dough onto the sheet pan.
•Add optional ingredients if desired
•Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
•After the cookies are bake, let cool for 15 minutes and then ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds chicken tenders
2 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs white vinegar
4-5 tbs of Everything But The Bagel seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix mustard, oil, and vinegar into a small bowl
3. Coat chicken tenders in mustard mixture
4. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on each side of the chicken tenders
5. Place tenders on baking sheet evenly spaced
8. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
9. Note: depending on the size of the wings, baking time may differ and additional time may be needed.
