This Memorial Day, San Diego Roller Derby honors and remembers the brave individuals who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️🤍💙

We were proud to roll through the Kensington Memorial Day Parade alongside our skaters, families, and community. Celebrating connection, remembrance, and the freedom together.

Happy Mother’s Day to every kind of mom in our derby family and beyond. 💛🖤

Today we celebrate the mothers raising children, the moms who raised us, the bonus moms, pet moms, chosen moms, team moms, and the ones who show up with endless love and support in ways big and small.

We also hold space for those grieving a mother, missing a child, navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, estrangement, or the complicated emotions this day can bring. To those who chose a different path, those still hoping, and those carrying invisible stories.

Roller derby has always been about community, strength, resilience, and care for one another. Whatever Mother’s Day means to you, we’re sending love your way today. 💐
