Registration just opened for Grossmont Adult Education.

Matua is a slightly slower paced version of HOT HULA fitness that will surely get your body moving.
No experience necessary! Come and join us!!!!

Due to changes at Building My Wellness Studio, MT Deb will be moving her weekly class to Tuesdays at 5:00 PM Starting June 9th.

The last Thursday night class will be this week, June 4th at 6:30 PM.

I’m hopeful this will not affect anyone’s schedule and that you’ll all still be able to meet me on this new day and time. - Deb

San Diego we are adding another class out in Point Loma/Ocean Beach area at THE DANCE HOUSE!!!

Saturdays • 10 AM

After the Master Class June 6th, we will have a 6-class series for the summer to extend from June to July (look for specific dates on flyer).
Take advantage by taking all 6-classes for $50 or drop-in when you can at $10 a class. Classes can be paid by Venmo/Zelle/Cash.
