⭐️ 6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION ⭐️⁣

⬇️ 38LBS DOWN ⬇️⁣

We started training back in September with the goal of losing 30lbs. Fast forward to March and he has lost 38lbs!! 👏🏼👏🏼⁣

As always, the differences were more than just on the scale.. my client went from being super shy and quiet to being self confident (in a good way!) ⁣

I remember stories of my client being winded going up the stairs and being tired more often than not. Went from snacking on sweets often to now having a healthy relationship with food and feeling great with tons of energy ⚡️🏆⁣

The progress inspires me and hopefully others to know that you can make a change with a proper plan and guidance. ⁣

And more importantly, we keep going..

What a journey its been with Isabelle!! 🌟 ⁣

In 2021 alone she has lost 65lbs going from 220lbs to 155lbs. 🥳 ⁣

We worked out 3 days a week focusing on resistance training and getting stronger. 🏋🏻‍♂️ ⁣

We hit our calories in a calorie deficit without being super restrictive and focused on swapping foods out for better choices rather than eliminating food unnecessarily. 🤙🏼 ⁣

A few tips for your weight loss journey: ⁣

◾️ Be patient, it takes time ⁣
◾️ Find balance, no yoyo dieting or rapid weight loss and gains ⁣
◾️ Focus on resistance training ⁣
◾️ Hit your calories/macros ⁣
◾️ Celebrate small wins along the way! ⁣

First Spartan race done! Looking forward to doing more of these and preparing properly for them now I know what to expect! ⁣

Took home 2nd in my age group and 33rd overall out of 1701 people. ⁣

Sitting comfortable at 194lbs and 10% Body Fat.. ⁣

Got my Body Comp Analysis done this morning with ! ⁣

Hydrostatic weighing is one of the most accurate ways to measure body fat.. my inbody scan came out at 194lbs and 18% body fat just for comparison 👀👀

10 years ago today I came to America as an 18 year old with no plan.. and today I’m a 28 year old with no plan 🤣 ⁣

As a kid I always had a dream of living in California and somehow after going to college in the Midwest on a soccer scholarship.. I’ve ended up living in my dream place and running a business I’m passionate about. ❤️ ⁣

Plenty of memories and a lot of dark days, thankful for people who have made a positive impact in my life and also those that have taught me life lessons. ⁣

Been training my client for 1 month and she has lost 13lbs. The focus has been on resistance training with increasing intensity over time.

Yes, you can lose body fat without going on the elliptical machine or treadmill for an hour everyday.
