So you want to see fat loss? Read on ⏬
You’re naturally going to ask yourself what you need to do to “lose the weight” - let’s change the approach and reverse engineer this.
It’s starts in the mindset and the way you talk about this. Instead of “losing” fat let’s focus on “helping” your body become efficient AF at the thing we want it to do to achieve your goal.
Building MORE MUSCLE & GETTING STRONGER put your body in this position to become a more efficient fat burning machine. So ask yourself, “how am I going to get there?”
In the simplest terms ⏩ LIFT WEIGHTS/WORK YOUR MUSCLES.
The more muscle you have that more energy it burns at rest. Muscle is an expensive tissue - this is the tissue you want to build more of if FAT LOSS is your goal.
Build muscle and eat to nurture that muscle. Work on habits that promote good rest & recovery. Your goals are definitely not impossible to achieve with the right strategy.

Let’s talk about something real af real quick:
The gym & fitness is never going to do anything for you if you don’t attempt to improve your mindset & the relationship you have with yourself.
At the end of the day these things are here to help improve YOURSELF - to help you build your best you, but you’re putting barriers in front of yourself if you don’t address a s**tty mindset or self relationship.
Go into this journey to grow and improve just a little day at a time. Work hard but give yourself some grace when it’s needed.

Here’s three things you could start doing TODAY that could help you out. Nothing radical and most definitely underrated.

Add to the quality of your life. Let’s change the mindset. It’s more than the 3 month transformation, health & fitness is a marathon you run over the course of your life.
If you’re beginning, in all honestly give yourself a year. Patience, consistency, and hark work is key. 🔑

Just landed back in SD and getting ready to get back to the routine!

Trying to look trendy got me hella blisters on my feet. 😂
Thank goodness there’s a CVS at every corner of this city. 🙌🏽 My lungs also cannot handle this pollution but LIFE IS FU***NG GREAT. 🤩
Taking some well deserved time off from work, exploring NYC, drinking and eating really good, and having fun! 🥂
