Full moon breathwork and vision board session Friday 1/6 6pm!

We will begin some time outside under the full moon by the water to soak up the full moon's energy. Next is a powerful 30 minute breathwork session in the studio. We'll conclude by creating our own personal vision board to channel all that energy toward becoming real.

We will provide posterboard, and gluesticks and other random art supplies. Bring your own scissors, magazines or printed images, and any other supplies you'd like.

Our last full moon session had such great energy. Everyone who came felt empowered and renewed.

We had such a fun & meaningful time participating in the Annual Mission Beach Giving Day! Participants in our current class of 300-hour yoga teacher training spent the morning cleaning up the beach and bay around . It was a beautiful day with beautiful energy! ✨

Hello Mission Beach Yoga community!

We are Jason and Lisa and just purchased the studio from the former owners Anne and Daph. We currently have a yoga community in Minneapolis and will be moving here over the course of the summer and fall.

Just like Anne and Daph before us We’ve always strived to create a yoga community we’re people feel loved and accepted as they are, but also have the opportunity for real growth and change. We see each yoga student as a gift and want everyone who comes here to feel welcome.
