My biggest advice for achieving your goal physique, LEARN.
Learn what your body needs for fuel, how it responds to certain foods, optimal times for you to eat. The list goes on.
My focus when coaching nutrition to online clients is to giving them to tools to learn, understand and execute.
There will be a learning curve because it takes time to grasp a new concept just like anything else.
Be intentional while you learn as it will show in route to crushing your goals.
Nutrition is the hardest part of fitness to understand but once you know you will never forget.
