6-Week Shred Transformation Results 🔥👏
Kara, Kendall, and Andy won the challenge!
Together they lost over 35+ pounds in just 6 weeks, while most importantly maintaining lean muscle mass

And Chris lost an additional 14 pounds, bringing the group total to over 50+ cumulative pounds lost with lean muscle maintained ❤️🔥

“Shredders! I am so beyond proud of all of you - whether you are in this montage of before and afters or not. You have all accepted the challenge to holistically overhaul the habits that make the biggest differences in life (eating and sleeping well, walking like hell, and lifting heavy ass weights).
It was not easy - anything but. You all had work to juggle, some even had kids, others faced constant disruptions like travel and illness and YET, through all the BS life throws our way, you never let it deter you from your goal. You stayed the course, navigated the rocky shores of existence, and got SHREDDED.
Remember, the shred is just the beginning. This is your life now. It was never about crash dieting - it’s about making healthy changes sustainable so your improvements compound over time. Who knows how good you’ll feel if you keep this up for another month? Another year?
What really brings a tear to my eye are not the physical transformations but the mental ones. Seeing how you carry yourself with more confidence and happiness in your own skin. That is the biggest win there is. Congratulations.
But I swear to god, if you resume eating cheeseburgers and pounding beers on the daily - I will publicly hurl choice words your way in front of the entire class every time you show up until you get back up on the shred saddle.
You owe it to yourself to remain dope asf. Onwards!

🔥 How to Test Your Max Back Squat
Warm up properly
Empty bar × 10–15 reps
Light weight × 5–8 reps
Moderate weight × 3–5 reps
Build up gradually
Add weight in small jumps (10–25 lbs)
Do 2–3 reps as you get heavier
Go for singles
Once it feels heavy, do 1 rep at a time
Rest 2–5 minutes between attempts
Stop when form breaks
Depth, control, and posture matter more than the number
