The University of Texas Sailing Team

Congrats Rahul!! Our first senior post 🎊. Rahul finished his degree in BS Economics this spring📈. Rahul has been sailing with us since his freshman year, and he’s from Portland, OR.🏔️. His favorite memory on the team was going on our NOLA trip with all his friends senior year⚜️. Post-grad, Rahul’s plans include continuing his education with a Masters in Economics at UT!

After competing in our team race championship in NOLA, the team headed to North Carolina for Sailpack! UT placed 8/19, but the real win was the fun sailing, lively atmosphere, and supportive community of college sailors in Oriental 🧡⛵️

Thank you to A&M, A&M Galveston, & Rice for travelling and competing in our last home team-race regatta! We had a great time on and off the water.

Last weekend we hosted our first team racing regatta of the season, Q1! ⛵️Thank you to all the teams that came out and our alumni for helping out on race committee!
