Walk your way to a stronger, fitter you!
What is the STEPtember Challenge?
Each week, teams will work together to meet the weekly step target. If your team hits the average goal—you’ll be entered into that week’s prize draw!
How long does it last?
4 weeks: September 1 – 28, 2025
Weekly Step Targets (accumulative):
The daily numbers listed are just averages to help you pace yourself. You don’t need to hit that exact number each day—as long as you reach the weekly total by Sunday, it counts! 🙌
Week 1 (Sept 1–7): 35,000 steps per person (~5,000/day)
Week 2 (Sept 8–14): 42,000 steps per person (~6,000/day)
Week 3 (Sept 15–21): 49,000 steps per person (~7,000/day)
Week 4 (Sept 22–28): 56,000 steps per person (~8,000/day)
What can I win?
Weekly raffle entries for all teams hitting the target
Teams that complete all 4 weeks will be entered into the Final Big Raffle for an extra special prize!
How do I track my steps?
Use your smartwatch, fitness tracker, or smartphone step counter. Log your steps daily in the Google Doc tracker and post updates in our Circle Community.
How much does it cost?
This challenge is included with all JG Fitness memberships!
How do I join?
Become a JG Fitness Member (if you’re not already).
Log into Circle and go to the STEPtember 2025 Challenge space.
Add your name by Saturday, August 30th.
Teams will be assigned on Sunday, Aug 31st.
