Most people wake up and immediately check their phone, scroll social media, check emails, think about their problems, replay yesterday’s frustrations, or worry about what’s ahead.😞

Before they even get out of bed, they’ve already “allowed” Life to Set Their Energy!😱

I used to do the same thing.

Then one day, I made a simple and powerful shift.

Instead of asking, “What do I have to do today?”

I started asking:

- How would the Best Version of Me Show Up today?

- What if I expected the best?

-What if I focused on being my best?

-What if I acted like the person I wanted to become?

That changed everything.💥

My energy changed. My attitude changed. My actions changed.

And when those changed, my results, and ultimately my life, changed too. ✨

— Think about it:

Two people can have the exact same challenges, opportunities, and schedule.

One moves through the day frustrated, stressed, and reactive.

The other moves through the day grateful, focused, optimistic, and resourceful.

Same schedule. Same opportunities. Same challenges. Same market.

-Different intention.
-Different experience.
-Different results.

The truth is, intention is powerful because it directs your focus, your energy, and your actions.

And where your focus goes, your energy flows!💫

Before you check your email, answer a text, jump on social media, or start your workday, ask yourself:

👉How do I want to show up today?

👉What energy do I want to bring?

👉Who do I need to BE today to create the Life I desire on my terms?
