Our client Stephanie is nearly 20 lbs down and absolutely vibin’. 😎

Our beautiful client Abigail has been making some MOVES!

She has been consistent AF - no matter what life throws at her. 😮‍💨🤟🏼

Down ~5 lbs since starting, as well as down several inches overall. Specifically in her hips and waist! 📉

She’s feeling her glutes fill out (who doesn’t love a plump b***y!?) as well as feeling tigher in all the right places. 🍑

…All while eating 1800+ calories a day 🤯

AND doing this all WHILE traveling and navigating a career as a night shift nurse. 👩🏼‍⚕️

My mind is BLOWN by this transformation in just 2 short months!

More energy, consistent exercise, better relationship with food… ALL while being a busy mom!? Sign us up!

What we did:
• Took inventory of her current habits to find cracks in her foundation by having her track her normal intake and movement for a week.
• Fine tuned. We made small, sustainable changes to the habits she had to make them the habits she needed.

Nutrition wise, she was eating inconsistently throughout the day and having more low volume, processed foods. Now she focused on protein & Whole Foods, while eating frequent meals throughout the day. She was nursing an ankle injury so we started with just upper body workouts and implemented lower body as she healed.

• Autopilot. We’re now getting her in a solid groove where she has a lot more flexibility and doesn’t have to track every little thing or worry about going overboard. She’s in control of her emotions, in control around food, and loving her workouts!

SO proud of our beautiful client, Alexa, and her healthy pregnancy journey so far.

& HOW CUTE IS HER LIL BABY BUMP!!! 🤰🏼🥹😭🙏🏼

We’ve been focused on re-integrating workouts in the second trimester now that her energy has returned, as well as incorporating more foods now that her food aversions and nausea have improved. 🤟🏼⚡️

A healthy pregnancy looks different for every woman, but Alexa has been focused on continuing to maintain her lifting routine for a strong body for both her and baby. 👶🏼

Also can we talk about her glutes?! Absolute goals. And she’s been able to maintain them through her pregnancy thus far! 🍑🤩

10 lbs down (in less than 8 weeks 🤯) eating nearly 2000 calories day and 3-4 workouts per week!😇🫶🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

SustainU client, Taylor, has been seeing incredible results during her time with BBK. Her strength is up, core is stronger, and confidence continues to skyrocket. 🚨Client Spotlight!! 🚨Meet Candace! 🫶🏼🤍

She came to us looking to lose some weight and regain her health and fitness routine. We’ve been able to do just that!

Not only is weight down, but she’s feeling stronger, more balanced, and having better menstrual cycles. As well as just going on a shopping spree for some clothes and being down in both tops and bottom sizes! 🤩🥳

But above all the aesthetic goals - I am most excited about her feeling confident and capable about this journey. Feeling this this is the first time she feels like her goal isn’t out of reach - and the habits we’ve implemented are sustainable enough to continue doing for the foreseeable future. 🤍🥹
