Over this time we have earned the reputation of being the "go to" personal training facility in La Jolla. Our training starts with your goals. From the first interaction, our mission is delivering you to your goals. We do this in a positive, clean and friendly environment. Providing almost 4000sqft, on three and a half floors, with spaces ranging from private training rooms to high intensity areas. There is an atmosphere here for you, your comfort is important!

A couple years ago a 75 year old man was referred to me with a bad knee. The knee had gotten to the point he could no longer play baseball, his lifelong passion. After determining the knee wasn’t going to be able to return to the game we got him a new knee! One year after the replacement he’s back out playing baseball at 77!! Absolutely badass!! So happy for him to play on!!
