Hi Brian! Remember me?? I hope my e-mails finds you well! It's been a while since I saw you and I wanted you to see what 9 months of your Dirty Thirty Work-outs have done for me!! I am cleaning out my closet this week of clothes that all fit me now like these pants:) I need a new wardrobe!

I remember at our last session you told me "there are still results to be had" even though I had lost about 8 lbs. and was feeling great. I have consistently kept up my dirty thirty work-outs and applied all the tools I learned from you about diet. The time spent with you changed my life and enabled me to get results I never thought possible. So thank you again Brian! 20 lbs. gone and I went from a size 9 to a size 2! I have never been a size 2 in my life and at 52 a size 2 feels fabulous:) I have also started taking dance lessons, something I have wanted to do for years and didn't have the confidence.

I salute you and your Dirty Thirty Work-outs and will forever be grateful your flyer came in the mail and I made that call to you!!!:):) Jill

FOODIE FRIDAY!!!
Easiest thing we ever made when we were in a hurry last night with our leftover cooked chicken breast.
Green Enchilada Knockoff
*Cooked chicken(I'm sure precooked rotisserie would work)
*Cheese (we use it lightly)
*your favorite green salsa (we used tomatillo from Sprouts)
*whole wheat, flour or corn tortillas
*cilantro (optional-in mixture or on top)
*you could always add in onions as option too
Preheat oven around 350-375
1.Mix shredded or chopped already cooked chicken with salsa and cheese and cilantro (we only put cilantro on top after it was rolled)
2. Heat tortillas just until slightly softened in micro
3. Fill tortillas with mixture and roll
4.put green salsa in bottom of baking dish, put rolled tortillas on top, then put more salsa on top with cilantro.
Cook in oven until hot and heated through (I believe ours only took 10-15min for the 6 enchiladas we did)
YUM YUM YUM!!!

Indoor or outdoor? Which do you prefer?
Either way it gives you the same boost as coffee but the effects last longer. So start your day right and get out there (or stay in there 😉)but just do it. YOU DESERVE IT!!!
