🍑 This glute/posterior hip exercise hits differently🌪️

🔑 The set up. Preload the hip in the sagittal plane. Then use the motion of Core-Tex to create the frontal and transverse load on the hip.

The added dumbbell serves two purposes if you add:
1. Resist the tilt and slide the isolated load will create on the platform
2. Creates more rotational mass and momentum in the transverse plane the has to be accelerated, decelerated and re-accelerated 💥

Generating rotational force when ground reaction forces (GRF) are not present or are limited, has to come from the obliquely oriented tissues acting off the body’s own center of mass or that of an external fixed point✅
