At San Diego Chill, a mantra echoes across the rink: 'The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is a little bit of extra.' This phrase captures the essence of their mission—to give kids with disabilities the extra help they need to soar. It's a reminder that an extra moment of patience, an additional word of encouragement, or a helping hand can unlock extraordinary possibilities. Here, every shot, every pass, and every goal carries the weight of that 'extra,' turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.

This event rocked! 🧗 Thanks to everyone who joined us Saturday for Chill Out’s first ever rock climbing event!

Huge thank you to the crew at Vertical Hold Rock Climbing Gym for showing us kindness and also showing us the ropes (literally!) 🩵

From kayaking to bowling to soccer, the San Diego Chill Out and our athletes have been growing and trying new things. So excited to see what 2024 holds! 🩵
