🌟 CONGRATS EUNICE ON 100 CLASSES 🌟
With the hustle and bustle from working full-time caring for patients, being a mom and wife and caring for my family, yoga is a time I can take care of myself.

Favorite classes are tied: sculpt and power, because I love the weights and have always wanted to learn how to perform balance poses. Practice makes progress!

I love our community because everyone here is so welcoming regardless of where you are with your practice. What makes it even more special is when I get to take it with my friend Deb! The icing on top is when we get greeted by Lauren and take a class that Clara instructs!

🌟CONGRATS FAISAL ON 100 CLASSES 🌟

I come to yoga because it’s one of the only things I can do right now that helps with my health and stress. The ability to go from restore to slow flow and scale up matches perfect with the body's various states of recovery.

My favorite class was Restore but now Slow Flow. It has a good pace and doesn’t leave the body exhausted. Leaving refreshed with mental clarity.

I love this community because everyone is friendly and supportive. Teachers are engaging and understanding. Classes are diverse and fit my schedule. I started at Y6 back in 2016 and recently came back so it was nice to see some of the same instructors that taught it back then still working at Y6 which says something.
