Hereβs how I enjoy the night and wake up feeling amazing:
π§ I donβt drink my calories β¦ I always get sparking water.
π I prioritize protein
π₯ If I want carbs, I have a small portion β smart & satisfying
π· I rarely drink alcohol. If you want a drink, have one!
But if you feel awful the next dayβ¦ maybe itβs time to switch it up.
Bottom line: Have fun β¦ zero regrets!
