up to lease a centrally-located property and start a business. I ended up leasing the current location of San Diego Bike Shop to start a pedicab business. When we opened, we primarily offered rudimentary bike repairs. However, as time went on, we noticed we were attracting more and more bicyclists who were requesting repairs, parts and products. Encouraged by the promising location, and the growing demand, I established San Diego Bike Shop in April of that year, which also reinvigorated my love of bikes and the bicycle culture. Over the past 23 years, San Diego Bike Shop has become a popular neighborhood shop and a trusted name in the industry. San Diego Bike Shop owes much of its success to the quality of the products it offers, its dedicated and highly experienced staff and its willingness to go above and beyond for its customers. At its core it is a community business cultivated and supported by the loyal, bike community.
