I’m starting to hear people in my age group or slightly older saying “My body can’t do that anymore!” “Leave that stuff for the youngsters to do!” “Man, I’ll be hurting for months if I did that!” You know what! That might be true but why accept that s**t?! Why live in that negativity?! I cannot imagine the day where I’ll lose mobility! Leg press 4 sets of negative eccentric and concentric presses with a resistance band
the muscles are capable of producing roughly 20-50% greater torque during eccentric contractions
so try these movements if you want to build strength!
