All smiles after yesterdays HIIT Class with Elise at 4:30p!

Come join us for a potential new class called Movement. This class will aim to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and release tension and tightness.

Results will include: pain reduction, performance enhancement, higher energy levels, decreased recovery time between workouts, and improve posture. Class will be taught by Fitness Professional Rodney Acero.

2 class times are Monday June 4th at 10am and Tuesday June 5th at 7:30p. Class will approximately be 50 min.
