Keep it simple. Spend 5 minutes to understand how much protein you need on a daily basis, then make it easy to consume.

It's less important to split amounts and more important to consume the full amount

3. Superman can be modified to arm by your hips

Yoga is good for some but far from what actually is needed.

I see many posting the celebration of their 100-1000 classes and hours.

They might be more zen, but their gluts are soft, weak lower back, and rounded shoulders.

How come?
Many reasons - teacher, program, location, etc.
