"Getting Back to Backbends" with Amy Pachowicz

Returning to a backbending practice after Covid? Suitable to beginners who are learning backbends and intermediate students who may have practiced less backbending during the pandemic. We will use supported backbends during the workshop to remind our spines how to approach Urdhva Dhanurasana. All levels welcome!
