10 hill sprints ✅ inspired by all of the amazing women who competed in the @olympics One of my lifelong regrets is quitting track while I was in high school, so every time I watch track meets I relive my glory days and wonder what could have been…. It still feels good to sprint my heart out.

Transformation complete! One of the very few awesome things to come out being housebound for a year is my super awesome garage gym. While I miss the camaraderie of a community gym I have always loved working out alone. My introverted heart thrives in my little sanctuary. I just have to high five myself after a big lift. I feel seen!

This is the best gratitude journal I have found. I always have trouble sticking with a gratitude journal, getting sick of seeing myself write “coffee, fuzzy socks, pictures of puppies” over and over again. For me it feels less like finding gratitude and more like desperately reaching for anything not in the “stuff that pisses me off” bucket. This has prompts to get you thinking. One of my recent favorites was “What childhood memories are you most thankful for” and it brought so much joy to my heart just reminiscing about my childhood. If you’re struggling to find ways to journal anything meaningful then pick this up. I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks @lookieboo for creating something for the rest of us.

Channeling some #bluewave2020 power with my game face on.

I’m trying to be hopeful, but the reality that there are at least 48 million Americans who are willing to vote for someone who has incited so much violence and hatred leaves me sickened. It’s not about the economy or taxes or religion or whatever else t supporters are saying. He supported a young man who shot and killed peaceful unarmed protesters. He supported a murder because that murder likes him. He has supported white supremacy, he is anti science, anti environment, and anti women. I’m sorry to all of my friends of color. I’m sorry we couldn’t show you a better America, an America you and we all deserve to live in. I hope a change is gonna come. I hope we can all be a part of it.
