If my girl Kelsey can do the hard things 8 months pregnant in the dead of summer… what’s your excuse? 😅💪
Today was our last prenatal session before she gives birth and begins postpartum recovery, and I couldn’t be prouder. She started with me mid-pregnancy (an inspiring choice in itself) and stayed consistent all the way through—even when the “hard things” became pelvic tilts, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing. Proof that there’s programming for every body, in every season of life. 🌿✨
So excited for this strong mama and her growing family—we can’t wait to welcome a new gym baby soon! 💕👶💪

This week, my girl Sara brought her mom to her training session while she was visiting from out of state. Her mom watched with awe and pride as her daughter moved with power, confidence, and purpose.
It made me think: our moms spent so many years pouring into us—teaching, nurturing, and guiding. And now, in this season of life, we get to show them what they’ve built.
Gone are the days when being “skinny” was the goal. Her mom came from that era. But now, we move for muscle, for energy, for life—aging with strength, not fear.
This Mother’s Day, let’s honor the women who raised us—by becoming strong women ourselves.
